MaryA QWLC weight loss
The weight loss program at QWLC really does get results! Eating grocery store food and being able to eat out gave me great flexibility. Keeping a food journal (along with the great counselors who gave me great support and assistance) helped me reach my goal. The new goal is to keep the weight off with my new eating habits and exercise. These will be key in maintaining and enjoying new found freedom from obesity.
